When
our broker advised us to use a "stager" to help us sell our house, I
have to be honest that my husband and I were very skeptical. After
meeting with Birgit and doing an initial walk through with her, we were very
impressed with her advice. We became so comfortable with her that we
didn't even look at the paint colors she chose for us before the rooms were
painted. We wanted to be surprised with the transformation of the rooms
and we were not disappointed. She worked within our budget and even the
most subtle improvements she recommended made a dramatic impact. Her
advice was spot-on!
We had four brokers come to our house to help our
broker price it before Birgit staged the house. When the brokers came back
for the Open House they couldn't believe it was the same house. Our home
was received extremely well by both the brokerage community and prospective
buyers and we had two offers on our house the first week it was listed.
We would absolutely use Birgit for both staging and/or decorating advice
in the future and would recommend her services without reservation! My

Birgit came in, took pictures and measurements, and a few days later had a
design for me that was logical, easy to implement for both the architect and
the general contractor, worked well within my space constraints and budget, and
