During this 1 – 1.5 hours walk-through we will meet and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on your investment for home improvement. We will go over our home staging process while gathering impressions a potential home buyer would have walking through your home. We will be assessing the special features of your home and evaluate the staging needs.

Are you planning to put your house on the market?  Then the “Get your House Ready for Sale” Staging is just right for you.  
We will make a dramatic transformation within a short period of time to emphasize the great features of your house while downplaying less desirable ones. With our recommendations on accessories or purchases  we will finish up the perfectly rounded look to create connection points with potential home buyers. If needed, at the end of the staging day/s we might provide you with an Action Plan for completion of the staging project. We will provide you with nice picture of the staged home that can be included in promotions, which in return will increase the traffic to your home when on the market.


*       Open House Staging  


There is only one first impression! This service is perfect to make a great first impression for any home that is just about to go onto the market or to have an Open House. If the packaging of the home is right it creates more impact resulting in a quicker sell at the top dollar! We recommend that every home should go through the complete home staging transformation before being listed, so the first impression is a lasting impression for potential home buyers.
A Redesign Your Space Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream. The consultant will be working with a detailed Redesign Your Space Action Plan that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session.


*       “On the Market” Staging

After an initial walk through and consultation we come back to work with your client transforming their home working with what they already have to make it most appealing to buyers.
